Her responsibilities included overseeing acquisition valuation, due diligence and integration for technology, manufacturing and financial service businesses.

With her expertise and experience, Renita also speaks on entrepreneurship and corporate finance and has published articles in leading trade magazines. Her articles have been featured in Strategic Finance, Financial Executive, Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) Exchange and NAWBO One. She is also a past member of Financial Executives International (FEI).

Not only a leading business woman, Renita is also a leader in her community. She serves on the Grant Due Diligence Committee for the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade, Advanced Industries Accelerator Program. She is also a career-coaching mentor for the University of Colorado-College of Business, helping to prepare students to enter the workforce as confident, competent, and ethical professionals.

Renita graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Colorado, and a Master’s in Global Studies from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver.
